When is NIPT Done?

NIPT can be performed from week 10 of pregnancy. This is the ideal timing because the amount of fetal DNA in the mother's blood reaches sufficient levels for testing.

Before week 10, DNA may be insufficient, leading to an "inconclusive" result.

Can Be Done Until Birth

There is no upper limit. NIPT can be done any week from week 10 until birth.
